for West Yorkshire and the many treatments and products available in our area, as well as the experts who can help make you
feel great.
Life is so much more stressful and demanding
these days due to the faster pace and the fact that everyone wants everything ’yesterday’, multi-tasking is difficult,
even for a woman, especially when tiredness and exhaustion takes over. This type of stress can be damaging to your health and
that is without the additional ’credit crunch’ where people are concerned for their jobs and their families.
Every now and then you need to take in a deep breath and let it out slow, oxygenate your lungs and give yourself time to think,
exercise to keep your body fit and healthy, but remember to take some ‘time out’ to not think, give your body and
mind a rest! It is probably the hardest step you will ever take, it’s not easy to let go a little and responsibility
can weigh heavily. Treat yourself to a day off, do nothing, pamper yourself, visit a beauty salon, spend quality time with
your family or chill out with some friends—you choose, it’s your life and you can take back some control!
As a relatively new web site, the information on these pages is in the early stages, it will be an ongoing
research process to keep you up to date with what is going on in West Yorkshire. We welcome all input from both experts in
their fields and those of you who have had treatments and would like to tell the world how wonderful they made you feel. If
